Terms of Service

By using any services offered by DeckHost, you agree to follow the terms outlined below. These terms exist to ensure clarity and protection for both you and us.

[1] Overview

This is a legal agreement between DeckHost ("we", "us", "our") and you ("client", "user"). By signing up or utilizing our platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. These terms may change over time — continued use of our services implies continued agreement.

[2] Refunds

Refunds are considered within the first 24 hours of purchase, provided you present a valid reason. Processing may take up to 3 business days. Note that transaction fees may be excluded from refunds. After the initial 24 hours, all sales are final. Excessive refund requests may lead to account restrictions.

[3] Service Limitations

DeckHost provides hosting services on an "as is" basis. We do our best to maintain reliability, but we are not liable for data loss, downtime, or interruptions. Clients are encouraged to back up important files regularly.

[4] Service Denial

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse service to anyone at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to suspected abuse or violation of any terms listed here.

[5] Prohibited Activities

The following uses of our services are strictly forbidden:

  • Launching or assisting in DDoS attacks
  • Unauthorized port scanning or penetration testing
  • Cryptocurrency mining without approval
  • Use of anonymizing services such as TOR to evade monitoring
  • Distribution of pirated or illegal content
  • Attempting to exploit, crash, or spam our infrastructure or other customers

Violating this policy may result in immediate service suspension without warning.

[6] Payment Disputes

Any chargebacks or unauthorized disputes filed against DeckHost will result in a permanent account ban and immediate service termination. Please reach out to us before opening disputes — we’re happy to help resolve issues.

[7] Billing & Late Payments

Services unpaid for more than 48 hours may be suspended. If still unpaid after 14 days, services and associated data may be deleted. A late fee of 10% may be applied. We do not guarantee data recovery after termination.

[8] Data Responsibility

While we strive to ensure the security of our infrastructure, you are ultimately responsible for managing and backing up your data. Illegal uploads or abuse of our systems may result in immediate termination without refund.
